How to use this page

This page replaces the tracking spreadsheet. We keep it current as the work moves, so it shows where things actually stand rather than a grid that gets re-typed each week.

Its purpose is correction. If something here is wrong, comment on it — that is more useful to us than agreement. Every item takes a comment, and the Questions tab holds a pool for anything that does not belong to a single step.

Every item carries an owner and an estimated date. The owner is whoever the next action sits with, not who is accountable overall - so an item marked Arine is one we are waiting on you for. The dates were re-derived from your templates on 19 August, and they are estimates: some will move. When one moves we would rather change it here than let it quietly pass.

Nothing is deleted. Items that are finished or dropped move to the Archive tab, so you can always see what changed and why.

Before Phase 0

Work that depends on nobody and is not blocked by any open question.

Phase 0 · Foundation

The Terragrunt skeleton repointed at the new account, state backend, secrets, and the role used to push images.

Phase 1 · Network and EKS

VPC, cluster, add-ons, and container registry.

Phase 2 · arine-server

The one genuinely new service since the original Duplo capture.

Phase 3 · Data services

Two RDS instances, Redis, two OpenSearch domains, EFS, and shared S3.

Phase 4 · DynamoDB

Sixteen tables, with encryption and recovery settings matching production.

Phase 5 · Lambda and API Gateway

The bulk of the estate by count, and the phase with the most in it: the functions, the API they sit behind, their layers and their authentication. Function artifacts are pre-built, so that part is a sync rather than a build.

Phase 6 · ECS

The four existing services, rebuilt unchanged.

Phase 7 · ETL, wiring, and the rebuild test

The final phase, and the one that actually proves the deliverable.
